I took ritalin for 11 years, never got educated on the actual effect and when to ring an alarm turns out i was starving myself, had a dangerous loss of red bloodcells, lost practically all emotional capabilities while useing it, became depressed, no social skills due to underdeveloped social interactions, insomnia, erectile disfuntion, got heavilly addicted, been clean for well over a year now.
